  • Once confirmed, kindly fill out our order form.

  • After submitting the form, you will receive an email of your invoice together with the payment details.

  • Pay for the amount due and submit the payment form.

  • Wait for the receipt upon validation of payment.

PROOF & COLOR DISCLAIMER
We do our best to ensure that our prints are as true to color as possible. However, due to many factors, but not limited to customer monitor calibration and production variations, we cannot 100% guarantee color accuracy of actual printed items.Customer is responsible for the final proof and layout approval prior to printing.After approval, Kyeopta Creative is not responsible for any errors made by the customer on the final print caused by common errors, but not limited to: omitted text or punctuation, mistyped or misspelled words, or incorrect grammar and / or punctuation.Additional costs to reprint any item will be the customer's responsibility. Any changes made to the proof after final approval but prior to printing may be changed for a fee quoted at a time of change request.

ORDERING

  • Filling out the order form means you are a responsible buyer and payer.

  • Please be reminded of the payment due dates. Php50/day fee will be charged for delayed payments.

  • No payment form/proof, no payment.

  • All items are made-to-order.

  • No cancellation. DP non-refundable.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

  • Kindly provide correct and complete details.

  • Please make sure to inform us with your new Facebook/Instagram/Twitter username upon update to ensure correct orders and deliveries.

  • Orders will be forfeited including downpayment of customers with no response or missing accounts within 2 weeks. Usernames will also be posted as bogus customer/ joy reserver.

PRODUCTION

  • 50% downpayment is required to start the production.

  • Minimum orders (20pcs) take 4 - 5 days lead time while orders of 50pcs and above take 5 - 7 days. Counting of production time starts after issuance of the receipt.

  • Rush production fee is Php300 and it takes 1-2 processing days.

  • We encourage our customers to use the templates provided for faster order processing. Other templates are also accepted but subject to approval. Prices may vary, too.

SHIPPING

  • Damages that may occur during transit of item/s to your area is beyond our control. Rest assured, we pack your items securely.

  • We send packing pics for you to check the condition of your item/s before shipping. You may also opt to add extra bubble wraps or box for an additional fee.
